LSC Work Bench not pulling from stash

When trying to craft within the "Workshop Others craft & Workshop Performance Tuner" bench at LSC says this, does not pull from stash (I do not have matts on me!)

update: only pulls from stash if you have the mats on you. (So in order to make something you are required to have the mats on you even tho they pull from the stash and not the person inv)
